Bio-Lab, Inc. is the swimming pool and spa water-care division of KIK Consumer Products, owned by private-equity firm Centerbridge Partners since 2015. Founded in 1955 and headquartered in Lawrenceville, Georgia, Bio-Lab launched its flagship BioGuard line in 1962 and is widely described as one of the largest suppliers of residential pool chemicals in the world. Its portfolio spans dealer brands (BioGuard, SpaGuard, Natural Chemistry, SeaKlear, AquaPill, Coral Seas) and mass-retail/licensed lines (Pool Time, the licensed Clorox Pool&Spa). Natural Chemistry, SeaKlear, AquaPill, and Coral Seas joined via the 2019 acquisition of NC Brands.
